How to Register for the Philippines eTravel Pass (Step-by-Step)

Registering for the Philippines eTravel Pass takes under 10 minutes at etravel.gov.ph and must be completed within 72 hours before your arrival in the Philippines.

The process has two parts: creating an account and completing the arrival registration.

Step 1 — Create Your eTravel Account

If you are a first-time user, you must create an account before registering your trip. Follow these steps:

1. Go to etravel.gov.ph in your browser.
2. Click “Sign In”.
3. Select “Create an Account”.
4. Enter your email address and click “Continue”.
5. Check your inbox — the eTravel system will send a 6-digit OTP code to your email.
6. Enter the OTP code on the website to verify your email.
7. Create a password of at least 8 characters and retype it to confirm.

2. Select “Current User” and choose your transportation method (air or sea).

5. Enter your flight details: arrival date, airline name, and flight number.
6. Select your arrival airport and enter your seat number.

8. Complete the Health Declaration Form: list the countries you visited before the Philippines and answer questions about your current health condition.
9. Review all details carefully — ensure everything is accurate before submitting.
10. After submission, screenshot or download your eTravel QR code — you will need to show this to the immigration officer upon arrival.

Important: You do not need to print the QR code. Showing it on your phone screen is accepted at all Philippine airports and seaports.

How to Register for eTravel Departure

The Philippines eTravel Pass also requires a separate departure registration, completed through the same etravel.gov.ph account before leaving the country.

This applies to all travelers — foreign nationals, Filipino citizens, and residents.

To register your departure:

1. Sign in to etravel.gov.ph with your existing account.
2. Under the Travel Registration menu, click “Departure”.
3. Complete the departure form with your flight details (departure date, airline, flight number, destination).
4. Submit the form and download your departure QR code.
5. Present the QR code to immigration officers when leaving the Philippines.

The departure registration process is identical in structure to the arrival registration and is also completely free of charge.
